Ground floor:
Shared entrance with intercom, mailboxes and stairs to the 1st floor.
Second floor
You walk through the gallery to the joint entrance for two apartments. One on the first floor and one on the second floor. The communal hall has its own meter cupboard, central heating system and internet modem. You can also go from the gallery to the joint storage room and the closed parking garage in the basement.
From your own front door you enter the hall which gives access to the living room, bedroom and bathroom. From the hall you also have access to the partly tiled toilet room with floating closet. The entire apartment has a luxurious wooden PVC floor.
