Ground floor:
Shared entrance with doorbells, letterboxes and staircase to the 3rd floor.
First floor
Upon entering, you step into the hall. From here, you have access to bedroom 1, bathroom 1 and a separate toilet. There is also an intercom in the hall.
Next, you walk through to the bright living room, where large windows provide plenty of natural light. The living room has underfloor heating and stylish PVC flooring. The open kitchen is a real eye-catcher and equipped with a cooking island with plenty of storage space, a fridge and freezer, combination microwave, induction hob with Bora extraction system and a dishwasher.
From the living room, you can access the spacious balcony. Here you can enjoy sitting outside and make use of the handy storage cupboard.
There is also bedroom 2, equipped with a built-in wardrobe and direct access to the second bathroom. This modern bathroom has a double sink, toilet and walk-in shower.
Second floor
The stairs lead to the second floor, where bedroom 3 is located. This room offers a beautiful view of the surroundings and is ideal as a master bedroom, study or guest room.
