The kitchen of this apartment is equipped with all the modern conveniences you need to prepare delicious meals. There is a spacious countertop, numerous cabinets for ample storage space and high-quality appliances, such as a dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, fridge freezer, oven, and microwave. In addition, the apartment has a separate dining area, where you can have a nice dinner with friends and family.

Bedrooms and bathroom
The apartment has two bedrooms, which one bedroom is furnished as a study.
Spacious bedroom 1 which is located at the rear with closet space to neatly store all your clothes and personal belongings, and manual shutter. Workroom which is located at the rear with access to the spacious roof terrace and equipped with electric shutters.  

The modern bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, bathtub, and sink.

The entire apartment has laminate flooring.
