Shared entrance with intercom, mailboxes, and stairs to the 1st floor.

On the first floor you also have access to the storage room and parking space in the parking garage.
Gallery at the rear with access to the apartments.
Common hall for 2 apartments. Front door to the apartment on the first floor and stairs to the apartment on the 2nd floor. 
In the hall there is your own central heating combi boiler and the meter cupboard.

You walk through the gallery to the joint entrance for two apartments. One on the first floor and one on the second floor.
